Salmon Burgers (Wild Alaska Pink Salmon can)

Found on the back of a Northern Catch Wild Alaska Pink Salmon can, March 2025.

  • 1 (14.75 oz) can Northern Catch Pink Salmon
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Drain salmon; flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan-fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. Makes 4 to 5 servings.

I love how it tells you to use ingredients it doesn't include in the ingredients list. Wtf.
